ALL COMPETITIONS ARE SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE (COVID-19)
Scenarios for competitions are being considered pending on when public health order restrictions will be lifted to enable the commencement of competitions.
Competition dates, game days and relevant age classifications may be amended and will be published to the website prior to commencement.
Division 2 & 3 competitions may be combined depending on the number of teams or for grading purpose.
2020 Junior team nominations for Under 10s and Division 2 and 3 competitions are now open and due by Friday 3rd April 2020.
Existing teams re-registering to obtain your team code and password you must use your teams current contact persons information. To update or to change team contact person please contact the office.
If you don’t have enough players for a whole team, nominate your available players to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 3rd April and we will assist completing the team by either merging two teams or placing individuals looking to play. Two parent/guardians would then be required to become team contacts.
Individual placements will depend on availability in current teams or enough numbers to form a new team. Email email@example.com with your players name, DOB and playing experience by Friday 3rd April. Additionally, if you would like to play with some friends provide their names, so we can do our best to organise same team placement.
Working with Children Check
All coaches and team contacts must provide a valid Working with Children Check. Email your WWCC to firstname.lastname@example.org or apply on line at https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-working-children-check Free for volunteers.

Team Contacts will be required to communicate to all parent/guardian details such as game times, weekly bench duties and relay important competition information. It will be the parent/guardian responsibility to notify the team contact if their child is able/unable to play. All parent/guardians should exchange their contact information with their team contact person.
One volunteer from each team is required for score table duty on weekly game.
Fees (per player)
Active Kids vouchers can be applied to registration or competition fee invoices. Email your Active Kids voucher to email@example.com with the invoice number to be applied. The balance can be paid direct deposit (details on invoice) or at the stadium office. Invoice is adjusted after payment has been received from Service NSW.
Registration fee is Basketball NSW / Illawarra membership and sports injury insurance. Valid for 12 months from payment.

Current players registration renewal reminder are emailed from Sports TG (these may filter to junk mail) RENEW ONLINE.
$220 (two school terms). Invoiced and emailed to parent/guardians nominated email address.

All teams must have uniforms. Matching singlets numbered front and back from 00 – 99. When considering uniforms, sublimated uniforms are generally the best option as there is no limitations to the design and artwork is dyed into the fabric so there is never any peeling or fading. The quality is 100 times better and will last longer and aren’t much more expensive then stock singlets with applied piecework.
