Existing teams need to use current team contact details to obtain team code and password. If your details have changed or team contact person has changed please contact the office to update to assist with the process.
FEES (per player)
Registration fee is annual Basketball NSW / Illawarra membership and sports injury insurance. Valid for 12 months from payment. All players must have a valid registration for insurance and COVID tracing purposes.
$70 – players born 2010 and later
$95 – players born 2004 – 2009
New players to ensure the 12 month registration period aligns with seasons, please do not register until team is confirmed and/or closer to the season start. Link to register will be emailed with team confirmation.
Current players registration renewal reminders are emailed from Sports TG (these may filter to junk mail). Registration is for a 12 month period, each player will have a different expiry date.
Competition fee contributes to the operational costs of the Association and maintenance of the Snakepit Stadium.
$220 (two school terms). Due 21 days from the invoice date. Invoiced and emailed from MYOB to parent/guardian nominated email address.
ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER
Active Kids Vouchers can be applied to competition fee invoice. Forward your voucher email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the invoice number voucher is to be applied. Invoice is adjusted after payment has been received from Service NSW then the balance can be paid direct deposit (details on invoice) or the pay now feature on MYOB.
WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK
All coaches and team contacts 18 years or older must provide a valid Working with Children Check. Email your WWCC along with your date of birth for verification to email@example.com
To obtain a WWCC apply online https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-working-children-check it is free for volunteers.
For two-way communication contact details between parent/guardians and coach/team contacts should be exchanged.
Team Contacts will be required to communicate any important information from the office to all parent/guardians. Check weekly availabilities to ensure a team can be fielded. It is parent/guardian responsibility to notify the team contact if their child is able/unable to play. Team contact to notify the office of forfeit to ensure the opposition team can be notified.

Matching singlets numbered front and back from 00 – 99. Basketball or sportswear shorts.
When considering uniforms, sublimated uniforms are the best option as there is no limitations to the design as artwork is dyed into the fabric so there is never any peeling, cracking or fading. The quality is 100 times better, will last longer and are not much more expensive than stock singlets with applied piecework. If you know anyone that would like to sponsor the singlets and advertise their business, please contact for more information.
NOT ENOUGH PLAYERS FOR A TEAM?
Minimum of 7 players is required for a team. If you do not have enough players for a whole team but are close, nominate a team via the above link. Email through players list with parent/guardian email addresses to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 19th March. We can assist completing the team by either merging two teams or placing individuals looking to play.

We can form a team if there are enough individual inquiries (minimum 7 required). Two parent/guardians will be required to nominate as coach and team contacts. nominations or for grading purpose.
