Junior Representative Information
The Illawarra Hawks representative teams are for players wanting to play at a higher level than the local competitions.
Many players have been through the Hawks junior ranks and gone on to be selected to play for State and National teams.
We will have succeeded if every participant in our program improves. The process of developing the individual leads to success and achievement. It takes effort, hard work, and dedication to build as a program.
All information for the 2025 Representative Program can be found in the Hand Book below.
As a part of the players' selection policy, all who trial must acknowledge that they & their parents (if minors) are prepared to operate within the policy & guidelines set out in the 2025 IBA Representative Handbook
2025 Junior Rep Trials
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
Before the first Non-Rep Trial and Trial 1, there will be a mandatory information session that will start at the beginning of the trial. All athletes must have at least one parent/caregiver at this session.
Please note that players may be cut from the trial squad at any time during the trial period.
Squad lists will be posted here TEAM SQUAD LIST (below) by Tuesday 5 pm following each trial.
If your child is not on the lists below unfortunately they have not progressed in our trial process for this year.

Assistant coaches will be chosen in conjunction with both the Head Coach and the IBA to ensure a good fit. Assistant coaches will be announce following Rep 25 team selections.
